Activated Charcoal:

Activated Charcoal  is hugely beneficial as part of a regular routine. It exfoliates and reduces inflammation, absorbs toxins and excess oil, dirt, product buildup and harmful bacteria from your skin, all of which are leading causes of common breakouts. Charcoal soap also works as an anti-inflammatory, absorbing substances that inflame the skin so it can prevent redness and leave you with cleaner, clearer skin and can reduce pore size, give skin a healthy glow and helps prevent signs of premature aging – especially when used regularly. It can also be used to treat conditions like Psoriasis, Eczema, and dandruff.

Many of our customers specifically tell us that our charcoal soaps are effective at clearing up breakouts on their back, otherwise known as “acne”

We recommend using our charcoal face wash two to three times per week, in alternation with a gentle face wash.

Shea Butter

Shea butter is Shea butter will benefit all skin types. It has a high concentration of vitamins and fatty acids making it perfect for smoothing, soothing, and conditioning the skin.

 Safe for all skin types: Shea butter is technically a tree nut product but is very low in protein that can trigger allergies. There is no medical literature documenting and allergy to topical shea butter. Shea butter doesn’t contain chemical irritants known to dry out skin, and it doesn’t clog pores making it appropriate for all skin types.
